Defective item?
Many clients asked us what it is on the backside. They didn’t see it on the genuine part. Sometimes we would get claims because of that, the customers even want to return. Let me explain what’s going on in these cases.

This is a grille fit for Mercury Grand Marquis 2003-2010. Partslink: FO1200490; OE Number : 6W3Z-8200AA. We can see the symmetrical sheets on the back. They don’t look like fasten clips.
We can see clearly the sheet in the circle; it looks transformed.

Why didn’t I find these sheets we mentioned?
Actually, we don’t cut all of the sheets unless they affect installation. Besides, the design of the products will cause the position of sheets different. That’s the reason why makes the customers confused and would say it’s defective.
