High Efficient and Quality Manufacturing Service
We provide a whole series producing service from Injection, Painting, Chroming to Quality Control. We are expecting to provide the best products for clients.
Injection
PP and ABS are our major material for products. We don't use recycled material to produce items. We always mind sharp edge and cut it off to make sure it won't hurt every customer. Best of it, it looks better.
Painting
We match the color carefully to make the color identical with the original one. We provide multi layer painting service to make painting durable under the various weather.
Chroming
The chrome layer thickness is 1um in average. At some corners or places hard to treat, we use secondary tools to improve the treatment. It helps the merchandises brighter, sightly and more anti-oxidated.
Quality Control
We double check the items if there is any damage or all of parts attached before shipment.
We insist to use 5 layer thickness cartons to pack our items. The outer layer of carton is 200 GSM; the inner is 175 GMS. PE high density heat resisting bags and well placed are necessary. You will see our efforts to make sure the items are delivered safely with low cost. If you have any demand for packing, for example: packing individually, please let us know.
Clips attached with the merchandises(If it needs) to improve users experience when they are fitting parts on their cars. It’s very annoying if no clips come with. It can make customers easier to fit them.
Most of our items are in stock. If it’s urgent, we can ship it not more than 5 business days. It makes clients know the ETA precisely and receive the items sooner.
Excepts our items, we provide ODM service also. It’s very easy, just send us the sample and tell us what your demand is. We can build moldings for you.
